The District Physical Fitness test is first on the list. 1 mile in 15 minutes on fairly level ground. This will be followed by the 2ND half of RT-130.
IF YOU WANT YOUR 2011 RED CARD AND YOU ATTENDED THE 1ST HALF YOU NEED TO COMPLETE THE 2ND HALF FOR THAT RED CARD!
